Welcome to the Univ18 Admissions Portal. Now that you’ve decided upon a program, and wish to apply at UBS, the portal can be used to take things further.

The portal allows you to

  » Fill in the Application Form and submit the online copy.
  » Pay Online using a Credit Card / Or Net Banking (*coming soon)
  » Check the status of your documentation once you’ve submitted the application.

Procedure

Admissions at UBS are strictly and only based on eligibility. UBS is a part of an ODL (Open Distance Learning) system, which is ‘Open’ in nature, and does not differentiate within candidates, on a basis other than eligibility.

As a candidate, if you have ascertained that you meet the eligibility requirements of  a course,  you may apply online, and complete the payment and documentation  to complete the procedure.  Of course, should you wish, you may call us on 1800- 42008-18 for any counseling or help before making a decision.

You may click on the link given below to being your application. The application process  requires you to first create a user account for future use at the portal. Once done, you may use that account to fill in the online program application form. Once you;ve completed the form online, the system would generate a PDF version of your form, which you may save, and print. The printed version is to be signed, and a photograph affixed to it, and sent along with the rest of the documentation to the Admissions Office.

You have the option of paying your due fee online , either in installments, or should you wish, the complete payment.  You may also, alternatively, send in a DD for the required amount, along with the form.

You’d be required to submit the following documents along with the form, via courier / speed post, to the address given below.
